Proposal

Story Homes has submitted a full planning application to build 43 high quality new homes on land at Ashton Road, Lancaster. Our proposals would create a sustainable and integrated development and make an important contribution to the local housing supply. The proposed development includes a range of two to six-bedroom homes including bungalows and affordable housing.

We currently anticipate a decision in autumn 2025.
