Story Homes has submitted outline planning permission to build up to 50 high quality new homes on this site. Our proposals would create a sustainable and integrated development that would make an important contribution to the district's housing supply. The proposed development would deliver a mix of house types within a sustainable location and up to 30% of the homes are likely to be affordable.
