Proposal

Story Homes is preparing a full planning application for 219 high quality new homes on what will be the second phase of our popular Winchester Place development in Brampton.

The proposed scheme includes a range of two to six-bedroom family homes, including provision for affordable housing, which would contribute positively towards meeting Cumbria’s recognised housing need.
