Story Homes is preparing a full planning application for circa 116 homes on Land at Edgehill Park Phase 4, Whitehaven. The proposed scheme will include a range of two to five bedroom family homes including affordable housing.
This scheme will deliver a number of benefits such as the provision of much needed market and affordable homes. We are proposing to submit the application to Copeland Borough Council in spring 2022 and would anticipate a decision in autumn 2022.
Story Homes will consult with local people and key stakeholders on our proposals from the 19 January to the 1 February. We have written to local residents who would be most affected by our proposals as well as key stakeholders such as the Town Council.
