Proposal

Story Homes has submitted a detailed planning application for 178 new homes on two parcels of land at Darlington Back Lane, Stockton. The proposed scheme includes a range of three to five-bedroom family homes.

The scheme will form part of the West Stockton Sustainable Urban Extension allocated within the Stockton Local Plan in 2019 and will deliver a number of benefits such as the provision of much needed family homes as well as a village green and public open space. We submitted the application to Stockton-on-Tees Council in December 2021 and are working towards a Nutrient Neutrality solution in line with Natural England Guidance.  You can view the proposals here.
