Story Homes has submitted a full planning application to build 205 high quality new homes on land at Nunthorpe Grange, Nunthorpe. Our proposals would create a sustainable and integrated development and make an important contribution to the local housing supply. The proposed development includes a range of three to six-bedroom homes.

Community Benefits

Our proposals will include a package of community contributions, agreed with the Council under the Section 106 Agreement, to support infrastructure, education, open space, transport, and off-site affordable housing.
