Proposal

Story Homes has submitted a full planning application to build 205 high quality new homes on land at Nunthorpe Grange, Nunthorpe. Our proposals would create a sustainable and integrated development and make an important contribution to the local housing supply. The proposed development includes a range of three to six-bedroom homes.

Community Benefits

Our proposals will include a package of community contributions, agreed with the Council under the Section 106 Agreement, to support infrastructure, education, open space, transport, and off-site affordable housing.
Our proposals will deliver significant new public open space for recreation and community use, alongside a measurable biodiversity net gain through sensitive landscaping and habitat creation.
Our proposals will support existing local businesses and help create additional employment through new opportunities for local sub-contractors and the supply chain, as well as an increased demand for local services when the new homes are occupied.
