The entire Story team were great dealing with this repair. Although a fault with the boiler fell under the manufacturer, everyone played their part in ensuring that our repair was fixed as quickly as possible. I would particularly like to thank the subcontractor who pursued the repair on our behalf with the boiler manufacturer. Really great team work from all at Story.

Michael our advisor responded very, quickly to our initial request for assistance and kept us informed on actions and progress. The electrician arrived on ti.me and completed the job quickly and professionally, by re-wiring the light to correct etc an installation fault.

We’ve reserved a home at Robinson Fields with Storey Homes, and we’re currently at stage 13 of the build. So far, the experience has been fantastic. My sister recommended Robinson Fields to me as she bought a house on the development and had a great experience with Brooke. I'm so pleased I also bought a house on the same development. Brooke has made the whole process effortlessly smooth from reserving the plot down to choosing my interiors. She kept me fully informed and made the experience as stress free as possible. It is my first house and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Amber has kept me fully updated when my build stage has changed, with photos and regular emails. They are an amazing team and absolute assets to Story Homes!
