Elston Park is located in the picturesque village of Grimsargh, allowing for quiet village living, while being less than six miles from bustling Preston.

Excellent transport links can be easily accessed, with the M6 close to the development, connecting you to the north and south of the country. Preston Train Station provides links to other major cities including London, Glasgow and Liverpool, and Manchester airport is less than an hour by car, for those wanting to travel further afield.

There are a wide range of ‘good’ rated primary and secondary schools; the closest includes Alston Lane Catholic Primary School and St Cecilias RC High School.
