At present our external contractor is currently on-site completing preparation works to allow us to commence the construction of our homes in Spring. Please note that our launch date is not yet confirmed and we cannot take any advance reservations or release prices prior to the launch weekend.

Our new homes are built to last, with a high specification in each and every one. Bi-fold doors, designer kitchens, feature oak staircases, high ceilings and waterfall showers. These are just a few of the things included as standard.

We’ll be building some of our most popular house types at Highfields, including the Charlton, Hewson, Lawson, Masterton and Sanderson. At present our external contractor is currently on-site completing extensive preparation works to allow us to commence the construction of our beautiful homes in spring.
