Story Homes is preparing a full application for circa 180 dwellings on Land off Seaton Road, Seaton, Workington. The proposed scheme will include a range of two to five bedroom family homes including affordable housing.
This scheme will deliver a number of benefits such as the provision of much needed market and affordable homes. We are proposing to submit the application to Allerdale Borough Council in summer 2022 and would expect a decision spring 2023
Story Homes will consult with local people and key stakeholders on our proposals from the 7th April to 20th April. We have written to local residents who would be most affected by our proposals as well as key stakeholders such as the Town Council.
