Story Homes is preparing a hybrid planning application for circa 310 new homes at Lea Road, Preston. The proposed scheme includes a range of one to five-bedroom family homes, including affordable housing.
This scheme will deliver a number of benefits such as the provision of much needed market and affordable homes, as well as usable areas of public open space including an equipped play area. We are proposing to submit the application to Preston City Council in December and would anticipate a decision in Spring 2022.
Story Homes will consult with local people on our proposals from 19 November 2021 to 3 December 2021. We have written to local residents who would be most affected by our proposals as well as key stakeholders such as the Parish Council. We have asked that all feedback is provided to us by 3rd December 2021.
