If you’re ready to secure your dream Story home but have a home to sell, our Home Move scheme could get things moving for you. Available on selected plots, Home Move will help you to sell your current property without the estate agency fees.
Speak to one of our Sales Executives to find out which homes are available with Home Move. Home Move plots can be held for up to a maximum of six weeks.
Once you have chosen one of our Home Move plots, you can complete an application form. We will then work with up to three local estate agents to agree the value of your property.
Once the valuations are complete and a selling price agreed, we will start to market your property and aim to find you a suitable buyer.
Once we have found a buyer and the chain is complete you can secure your brand new Story home, safe in the knowledge that there will be no hold ups.
Please note we only have a select number of plots we can use our Home Move scheme on and plots can only be held for six weeks.
